Spring Break 2015

Perk of being a teacher mommy...SPRING BREAK!!! We always pack this week with lots of fun and a little mommy time to relax too!
To start off our Spring Break week we went with our friends to See the Disney Live: Pirates and Princess Tour. A little dinner at Chic fil A and then off to the show.

This little Pirate is all ready for the show!!

We had lots of birthday parties over the Spring Break holiday.
Party #1 was cousin Aubrey's fifth birthday! Her party was at Lifetime Fitness with lots of organized gym games. This little stinker loved playing the games with all the "big kids."
Party #2 was our sweet friend Hudson's 3rd Birthday! We celebrated his birthday at the park on an abnormally frigid spring day! That cold definitely did not stop the kiddos from partying hard.
Party #3 was a camping party for our friends Miles and Ella's fifth birthday. We roasted hot dogs and went on a scavenger hunt with all of our little friends.
Spring Break also began the process of potty training. Sporting our Batman underwear :)
A mall day with our friends Gage, Graham, Ryleigh, and Jace. We rode the carousel, played in the toy store, had cookies and the mommies actually did some shopping for themselves.
Zoo Day with our sweet friends from church Mrs. Alyson and Natalie
Train Ride with my favorite little guy
 The cutest lion in Birmingham
Just getting a better look at the Zebras
We ended our Spring Break with a visit to the dentist for the first time and a visit to the doctor for an ear infection. Of course, this meant several little special treats for being a Big Boy at the dentist and doctor!

We had a wonderful Spring Break week that led straight into our amazing Easter weekend. That is a separate post coming up soon!

Winter Fun 2015

During the months of January and February despite the cold we were still able to have lots of fun!
We started our 2015 with lots of excitement...OUR NEW HOUSE!! This little cutie enjoying his playroom for the first time.
One more picture of Caleb checking out his new house!
In January we remember a very special life of our little friend Leah. Leah died at 7 days old and would have been only a few months younger than Caleb. I know they would have been great friends because her parents are great friends of ours. We remember this day by doing Random Acts of Kindness in memory of Leah.
Our annual visit to the World of Wheels to see Uncle Scotty and all of the cool jeeps and trucks.
Fun night with our neighbors and great friends and a trip to Steel City Pops!
Valentine Party with our friends at Mrs. Kay's house
Who needs food when you have CANDY!
Gender Reveal Party for Uncle Chris and Aunt Jill at our new house!
It's a BOY!!! Riley Travis Willis
At the end of February we finally got a little snow. It was just enough to make this little guy super excited!

Pure amazement and excitement through his little eyes!
What a fun WINTER...now bring on the beautiful spring weather and more sunlight!!

Christmas 2014

Wow, December was such a busy month! We had such a fun month celebrating the holidays with our family and friends. We also had TWO FULL WEEKS for CHRISTMAS BREAK this year!!!
This teacher mommy was super excited to enjoy two full weeks with the cutest kid around!
At the beginning of December our church had breakfast with Santa to raise money for the orphan ministry at church.
Caleb was a huge Santa Clause fan this year!
"Say Cheese"
Getting some Santa Lovin :)
Sweet surprises from Polly the Elf
Such a cutie

A local church in our community puts on an incredible Polar Express experience. We enjoyed being able to take Caleb this year!

Giving his ticket to the conductor for his ride on the Polar Express
Our ride on the train to the North Pole
While we were at the North Pole visiting Santa he told the kids the REAL Christmas story! Precious :)
Making ornaments with daddy
Writing a letter to Santa Clause
With the help of the elves we mailed his letter to the North Pole
Our attempt at a family picture. Someone didn't want to participate :(
The best picture we could get of this little stinker smiling!

Our next little Christmas fun outing was dinner at The CLUB with Uncle Chris and Aunt Jill.

All dressed up for his nice dinner
Checking out the beautiful view of the city at night!
Once again he is loving getting his picture made with Santa Clause
Listening to the "marching band" play Christmas songs

After all his dancing he needed to lay down for a minute in the middle of the dance floor :)

A few of our favorite family Christmas pictures

Taking a little stroll with Santa
 Be still my heart :)
Just one more

Mommy and Daddy had a little weekend trip with Jill and Chris to Nashville to see the Rockettes while Momma T and Aunt Jenni babysat little man.

We started our Christmas break with dinner at Olive Garden with Momma T and Big Daddy, Uncle Chris and Aunt Jill and Uncle Scotty and Aunt Jenni.

This put a whole new meaning to criss-cross applesauce :)

On the Wednesday night before Christmas the preschoolers at church had a pajama frozen party! Someone was very excited about the party.
Look at that sweet "innocent" smile :)

The Friday before Christmas was party day at Mrs. Kay's house.
Enjoying all of Christmas snacks at the party
 Present Time
 SUPER HEROES!
Mrs. Kay's babies and ALL of their goodies.

The Saturday before Christmas we enjoyed the very first McAdory Christmas parade with our friends the McKinney's.

The Sunday before Christmas Uncle Scott and Aunt Jenni had a gender reveal and we found out that we would be getting a sweet little GIRL!!!
Posing for a pic at the Gender Reveal party

After the gender reveal party was over we bundled up and headed out to Zoolight Safari.
Our attempt at a selfie on the hayride.

On Christmas Eve Eve we took a little trip to the mall just to get in on the last minute shopping fun. Of course, no trip to the mall is complete without a ride on the carousel.

On Christmas Eve morning my side of the family has started a tradition of going to I-HOP for breakfast.
Sisters
Unfortunately, several of the boys had to work this year :(
A little after breakfast photo op with Momma T and Aunt Jill

On Christmas Eve night my immediate side of the family has started to get together to exchange gifts.
Uncle Chris and Aunt Jill got Caleb his very own Big Ball store "Target" buggies and filled it with his favorite things he likes to buy -POUCHES!!
 Present Time- SPIDERMAN
After presents were over it was time to feed the reindeer. Since we were living with my parents at this time we needed to make sure Santa and the reindeer knew exactly where to find Caleb.

I think Santa Clause found their house without any problem ;)
 Opening presents from Santa
Santa Clause followed directions very well and brought Ninja Turtles which is exactly what Caleb asked for.
 He even brought a bicycle
In the middle of all the  presents someone found Big Daddy's glasses and insisted on a pic ;)
It was definitely a Ninja Turtle kind of Christmas

On Christmas afternoon we went to Nanny's house to celebrate Christmas with my side of the family.
Caleb is a little obsessed with marching bands, so Uncle Billy and Aunt Regina got him a "pretend" Tuba.
 This kiddo loves books!
The Whole Gang

On Christmas night, we had Christmas with Jason's parents!
 Silly Selfie
More Ninja Turtles... someone is a little obsessed

The Sunday after Christmas we had our last little Christmas get together with Jason's side of the family.
Kiddos everywhere :)
